Description

In this 3-part series - February 20th, February 27th, and March 6th - you will develop an awareness of personal stress and gain the ability to understand how the body relaxes. You will also learn how to regulate persistent stress symptoms and begin an on-going practice to build your internal resources and external resilience. The Resilience Toolkit is meant for all body types and is easily adaptable for any fitness level or mobility challenge. Join us to empower your body to heal itself and open up to a greater sense of joy and wholeness. Please note that you must attend all 3 sessions in this series.
