Particpants would learn key ways to maximize their service skills, maximize their income/gratuities and the restaurant to maximize their sales with key individuals in place.

Topics will include:
-Menu Knowledge
-Suggestive Selling
-Average Cheques
-Front-of-house etiquette
-Hospitality industry trends
-Learning Curves
-Guest communication & timing
-Experienced associates versus training from scratch (different habits or back to basics)
-Adaptability and versatility (cross-trained)

Venue is fully accessible. Light snacks and beverages are provided.
