Sales is often misunderstood and therefore, entrepreneurs believe that while it is essential, they will not. When entrepreneurs do not enjoy sales, it can be a signal that they do not have the proper sales process in place. When you do have a sales process that you understand, enjoy and see the value, it makes all the difference. With an intelligent sales process, you will have a completely different perspective on your potential clients and what they are looking for. One thing for sure, aggressive sales behaviour is NOT the way to build long term relationships. Sales does require a disciplined approach that is based on leadership of an idea.
