Event description

Description

Today’s leading sales organizations do more than just have “feet on the street (or phone).” Darren Rabie, President of Focus, will discuss the struggles of scaling sales – including presenting 4 sales models that address these key questions:

* How can I maximize the return on my leads?
* How can I ensure my pipeline is always full of quality opportunities?
* How can I build a proactive culture that “creates” sales (versus waiting for the phone to ring)?
* How can I structure my sales organization to ensure we are scalable, measurable & successful?

Speaker: Darren Rabie, Focus
