Tenant nightmares are all too common and the responsibility of property management and maintenance can cause a HUGE sense of overwhelm, provoking fear and uncertainty leading people not to invest in income properties.

Our second speaker for the evening will be Paralegal John Cramer, of Cramer Legal Services.

John founded CR Group in February 2002 after 14 years in management at Wells Fargo Financial Canada. John’s mission was to use his extensive knowledge of court, credit and collections to help organizations control cash flow through proper receivable management.

Since 2014, John has focused primarily on Landlord Tenant issues and Small Claims Court.

John has quickly developed a reputation as a problem solver with a 100% success rate in tenant eviction for even the most problematic and educated tenants.

John has the answers to the most pressing issues causing Landlord stress and this evening he will be discussing:

- Changes made to the RTA that have come about as a result of the Rental Fairness bill such as the removal of the exemption to rent control for properties built after November 1991 and how the bill has changed the N5 process.
- How and when you now must pay the tenants for eviction as a result of notices for personal use, major renovation or conversion of use.
- Proper use of the N5, N7 and N8 to effectively evict a problematic tenant.
