Event description
This event will have the statistics talking back about their side effects with antiretroviral therapy, and what we can do to induce change

About this Event

Have you ever heard statistics talking back? At this presentation, we will have a panel of individuals who are part of the statistics we gather for the research we do. They will give voice to their narratives and share experiences with antiretroviral therapy and side effects. On the panel will be people living with HIV from all sorts of backgrounds. There will be a panel spot open to the audience to sit on the panel and join the conversation, ask questions, answer questions, and share their stories. We will also have a brief discussion of drug monographs and side effect reporting to take matters into communities’ hands. This event is open to everyone who is curious about the untold stories and the side-effects of antiretroviral therapy, and what can be done.
