THE TAB LAB: Mini and Me Yoga

Friday, March 18 10AM-11AM | The TAB LAB - Interior Centre, Level 1 (Centre Court, beside Champs)

A wonderful opportunity for family members to bond. Classes include breathing techniques, poses, games, mindfulness practice, and songs. You can expect group activities, giggles, and lots of fun! Suitable for children ages 4-12.

By order of the Provincial Health Officer (PHO), proof of vaccination is required to participate in indoor organized recreational activities for attendees 12 years old and up. All attendees over 5 years of age must wear a mask.

• Registration for class is mandatory. No walk-in's will be accommodated.
• Ticket registration is required for your CHILD only. If you have multiple children, you will need to register each child individually.
• Parent supervision and participation is required, maximum 2 adults per family is allowed.
• Workshop is limited to 20 children.
• Please come prepared with a yoga mat and water bottle.
• Please arrive 15 minutes in advance to check in with the Guest Experience team.
