Event description
Join Gail Levitt for breakfast to learn how to do collaboration right. This session includes a collaboration self-test and more.

About this Event

In today’s workplace, many organizations promote collaboration as an answer to the business need to improve teamwork, innovation and the bottom-line. But one essential question needs more attention: “Have we identified the right competencies and skills required to develop our people to become the best collaborators and what tools do we also need to provide to optimize their success?”

Join Gail Levitt, author and SEEC facilitator, as she talks about her unique approach to collaboration by exploring both the obstacles to, and the solutions for, collaborating successfully. Levitt will highlight valuable strategies, best practices, techniques, tools, checklists and templates for applying collaboration based on the her original model. As she writes in her new book, The Truth About Collaborating: Why People Fail and How To Succeed, Levitt will focus on how to build relationships and partnerships, solve business problems, make decisions, leverage conflicts, increase innovation and stimulate transformation and change.

This informative breakfast event will include interactive moments, including a collaboration self-test, checklist action-planners for each module and templates for applying specific collaboration processes and techniques.
