  • Zoom conference call Online *Make a powerful request to be kid-free, present, & fed
  • Setting yourself up for success to be away from the kids and fully show up for this series
  • Give up any concerns about taking time away from the kids / household and investing in YOU
  • What needs to happen so you can fully show up? Asking for help, setting them up for success, creating teamwork & partnership with your spouse / grandparents / friends / babysitters
  • Committing to self-care and having your needs & voice be heard to create a win-win for all



CLASS 1: BUILDING TRIBE & CONFIDENCE
Monday April 9th, 6:30 - 8:30 pm @ Nectar Juicery on Main
  • Sharing our Motherhood journey as a working mom
  • Challenges in the workplace or running your own business while juggling a full life
  • Identifying what doesn't serve us (eg: mom guilt)
  • Learning how to give up what doesn't serve us
  • Create a commitment rooted in self care, worthiness and confidence


CLASS 2: MAKE WORK WORK FOR YOU
Monday April 16th, 6:30 - 8:30 pm @ Nectar Juicery on Main
  • Assessing the North American landscape of work (P.S. Society is not set up for working mothers to thrive!)
  • Mothering with confidence in the workplace
  • How to negotiate & close the gender gap
  • Creating abundance with a mindset of deserving
  • Learning to make powerful requests and asking for what you want and need in life



CLASS 3: CREATING CONNECTION & TEAMWORK
Monday April 23rd, 6:30 - 8:30 pm @ Nectar Juicery on Main
  • Recognizing what creates distance, disconnect, and disharmony
  • Communication that creates love & connection with your spouse or ex (for the single mamas)
  • Partnership rooted in gratitude, responsibility and acknowledgement
  • Making powerful requests to create teamwork for your life at home to thrive



CLASS 4: STRONG AS A MOTHER
Monday April 30th, 6:30 - 8:30 pm @ Nectar Juicery on Main
  • Recognizing our accomplishments as a woman of worthiness
  • Learning how to receive acknowledgement with humility, confidence and grace that advances our careers, businesses, and place in society
  • Bringing in qualities of Motherhood into boardrooms and business
  • Reflect on where we were before this series, who we are now and where this new trajectory will take us
  • Create who we are as role models for our children, planet and most of all OURSELVES
