The Yoga of Healing with Swami Matananda
Event Information
About this Event
What is it that heals? Is healing a power of the mind? Or the heart? Or is healing by Divine Grace? There is no simple or direct answer.
Each person’s experience will be different. Can you find out what needs healing? What difficulties are you experiencing in life? What are the messages that arise when you take the time to be caring and attentive to yourself?
Healing is a gentle, learning process. Using Light, Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, meditation, visualization and relaxation, you can explore what is in disharmony in your life and bring yourself back into harmony.
Be ready in comfortable clothing with a journal and pen for reflection. A yoga mat is also useful.
