Want to learn how to make an epic plant-based brunch that's both delicious and fuels your body, mind, and soul?

Want to learn the secrets of Ayurvedic cooking, and how to eat like a Yogi?

That's what you'll learn in The Yogi Brunch!

In this hands-on cooking class participants will learn how to make a variety of simple, delicious and nutrient dense breakfast recipes including:

  • Vegan, gluten-free Pancakes
  • Hearty Granola
  • Vegan Omelettes
  • Scrambled tofu
  • Almond Mylk

...and more!!

Each class begins with a brief discussion on the principles of Ayurvedic nutrition, an overview of the doshic make-up, qualities, and important nutrition information of each dish.

You will come away understanding how to make and modify these dishes based on preference, individual Dosha, and how we can use seasonal eating strategies to best support our health.

Once we have co-created the Yogi Brunch, we will sit down and have a mindful meal together, and go over the principles of mindful eating, and why this is an important concept in Ayurveda.

Participants will leave with a Yogi Fuel Swag Bag, and a belly full of delicious food and coffee, (of course).
