Event description

Description

You’re invited to THINKABLE, a curated program of interactive presentations, demos and discussion showcasing some of the leading creators and thinkers in Canada's AI community.

While the dominant narrative in the media around AI is often framed in a negative light, this exclusive evening will highlight how AI can be used as a practical device for positive change.

Learn how local innovators are using AI to solve some of our most complex challenges, including Autodesk, Borealis AI, IMRSV, Twenty Billion Neurons and WinterLight Labs hosted by Nora Young of CBC Radio program Spark.

The story so far: There’s nothing ‘artificial’ about artificial intelligence.

AI innovators are engaged in technology that will explore and enhance some of the most human of experiences, from how our voices might reveal if our cognitive abilities are fading as we age, to how our collective social media might predict the future. AI is the work of phenomenal and very real human brains, a lot of them, and it's already revolutionizing many sectors of the economy.
