The global pandemic continues to impact how we live our everyday lives, but this time — it’s different.
About this event
Nearly two years into a pandemic and months into the Omicron surge, many of us are experiencing new levels of uncertainty, fatigue and frustration when it comes to navigating life amidst COVID-19. But why does it feel so different this time? And what can we do to cope?
Join us for an open discussion about how the latest pandemic wave and shifting realities affect our mental health. With discussion led by Sarah Mortimer, Marketing Manager at Inkblot Therapy, we’ll hear from Dr. Rachel Toledano, Vice President, Clinical Services Inkblot Therapy, in addition to Inkblot’s professional career and parenting counsellors. The expert panel will discuss mental health trends they’re seeing this wave, challenges facing individuals and families at home, school, and the workforce, and how we can collectively heal.
This event will take place via online video with an opportunity for audience questions.
