Your clients are faced with disruption in every industry. They look to you - their leadership, executive and/or business coach - to help them navigate the incredible amount of change. The course will prepare you to anticipate your clients needs and allow you to lead the conversations they need to be having. It will position you as the expert helping their company thrive in the future. The course will take place, via zoom, over 3 consecutive Monday mornings each day. This course covers the first 9 hours of our material: How to engage clients, and the RIPPLE individual coaching model. The remaining 9 hours will be offered in fall 2023.
