About this Event

Join us for a festival of community connection and a celebration of awakening to wholeness. The Cowichan Valley has much to offer in wellness and the healing arts, Organizers Lyn Bull and Jody Jackson hope to connect like-minded people of the Cowichan Valley with the many vibrant health and wellness offerings in our locale. Whether a professional, participant, entrepreneur or volunteer, it is an opportunity to come together as a community to share and participate, heal, and inspire.

HOW

There will be a wellness marketplace featuring healing practitioners and a schedule of Soul Sounds, Move 'n Groove and Wisdom Room musicians, teachers and speakers.

WHO

9:30 - 10:00 AM: Spirit Drummers Opening Ceremony

10: 15 AM - 4:30 PM:
