Hey Sis, We've finished the Thriving Through It Series and it was incredible! If you didn't get the chance to join this time, don't worry. We've decided to bring the series back once more, don't miss the opportunity to take advantage of Thriving Through It Edition II and register!

The Thriving Through It Series is a 3-part wellness & self-care series to provide group therapy, coping mechanisms for dealing with sadness, loneliness, and stress & anxiety during the quarantine.

With funding from the Government of Canada’s Emergency Community Support Fund led by Employment and Social Development Canada, the Canadian Red Cross Society & The ForUsGirls Foundation - InConversation presents Thriving Through It. A 3-part self-care and wellness series for Black womxn surviving COVID-19.

Dealing with Social Separation: The Chakras, Journaling, & Release Letters

Do you know your chakra impacts you more than you think? This is the best time to realign your life and learn how to co-exist with yourself. In these sessions we learn to discover the chakras, and the impact they hold in the decisions we make.

We are going to take time to release the blockages, and understand our patterns, so that we can create new ones.

Re-discovering yourself while alone: Womb Care, Yoni Steaming, & Breathing-work

How often do you take the time to centre your needs as the priority? In this session we learn how to take care of ourselves, diving deep into the heart chakra and giving our power back with self-pleasure, self-steaming, and meditation.

In this session, you will find everything one needs to know to create a fully personal oasis of self-love, joy and fulfilment.

Developing Healthy Coping Mechanisms: Stress, Menstrual Cycles, Social Media, & Starting a Business

In this session, we learn how to diminish the toxins of stress, depression, and sadness. We turn that energy into productivity, and a deeper understanding of our internal motives.

We learn how to cleanse and purify the mind, body, & soul and turn old dreams into reality. Here you will find a safe space to connect with your Menstrual Cycle, create business plans, and take a break from the pressurizing world of social media.

Session Lead by Spiritual Healer & Counsellor, Douler & Yoni Specialist Gytana T Light

Gytana T. Light is a certified life coach, womb priestess, reiki master & crystal therapist. She is offering three free therapeutic counselling sessions to members who are seeking guidance and higher states of mental wellness. Participants of the Thrive Through It will receive THREE free sessions* and a chance to win a Thinker Journal & aromatherapy candle.
