Description

As shift workers on the front lines, we often forget to put our needs first and take care of our own body and mind. This two hour workshop is dedicated to people who spend their lives taking care of other people.

During this workshop you will be shown tips, tricks and techniques to deal with stress and the everyday reality of your work. You will be lead on a guided meditation, educated on how to use essential oils for stress and sleep and learn about eating food that will heal the body and increase energy. We will also spend some time talking about SADs (Seasonal Affective Disorder) and how to manage the symptoms with meditation, essential oils and healthy food.
