Meditation and breath awareness can have a powerful impact on stress levels and wellbeing. In this two hour workshop we will delve into how shift work and stress influence all areas of your life, your current coping strategies and how meditation and breath awareness fits in with it all. As emergency room nurses we will share our own journeys with stress, shift work and meditation knowing how vital a tool these practices can be. You will experience a guided meditation and be supported in creating a home practice that fits your lifestyle.
