THROUGH THE DECADES - Presented by Choral Connections

We are thrilled to be celebrating our 10th Anniversary with our first Cabaret event after a long hiatus due to Covid break.

We will have a concert in the theatre to start the evening, featuring the Choral Connections Choir and small groups from within the choir. There will be a 30 minute intermission half way through, so that you can purchase drinks tickets to obtain drinks from the bar and enjoy some complimentary appetizers in the Grand Hall. A little different for those of you who have been to our past cabarets.

Once again there will be DOOR prizes to be won throughout the evening.

NOTE: We will not have credit card capability so please bring cash for the Bar tickets plus raffles.. Also, food and drink are not allowed in the theatre, so please finish eating and drinking before returning for the second half of the concert.

Once the concert portion of the evening is done, you are invited to join us in the Grand Hall for dancing to the sounds of Double Image, our customary Classic Rock and Roll band. If you have been to one of our Cabarets before, you will know just how good they are.

This year all of our drink offerings will be non-alcoholic. Your options will Include: 0% beer and wine, a selection of Mocktails, plus the usual pop, coffee, and water.

IMPORTANT NOTE: There are stairs to enter theatre. Therefore, should you or a guest have problems with stairs or have a walker or wheelchair, please use side entrance to enter via ramp Also, there is limited wheelchair space so please contact us should you require assistance to reserve special seating. See email below. This information will also be included in your Ticket Purchase confirmation email.

BE AIR AWARE! Choral Connections endeavours to perform in SCENT FREE venues because scented products aggravate health problems for some people. Please do not wear scented items at our concert. Thank you for your understanding.

COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS: We will follow BC Public Health protocols in effect on the concert date. Masks are optional but still recommended.

WHO ARE WE? Formed in 2013, Choral Connections Adult Community Choir is a choir that values quality music in a wide variety of genres, as well as fun! We are a non-auditioned choir, rehearsing at Trinity United Church in Port Coquitlam on Tuesday evenings from September to May (with a seasonal break between Mid December and New Years Day). We host two major concerts each year, as well as singing at various events in the community. Our Artistic Director is Ingrid Gay, and accompanist/composer is Vincent Lo.
