21 Meditations for Your Life
This series of classes is based on The New Meditation Handbook by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. This handbook contains 21 meditations known as lamrim or the ‘stages of the path to enlightenment’ and is especially suited for people trying to incorporate a meditation practice into a busy lifestyle. Each week, Edwin Tubb will provide an explanation of the topic and guide us through the meditation. By focusing on the 21 meditations systematically, we will be empowered to deal positively with any situation we meet & gradually become a source of inspiration and joy for others.
