Event description
Course: Advice for a Happy Life / Tonight: Generating Love & Compassion

About this event

What specifically constitutes a happy life? Most people believe that a happy life arises from such causes as wealth, relationships, possessions, popularity, health, and other worldly attainments. Since the majority of people in developed countries have attained these conditions, then it stands to reason that such people would be the happiest people on earth. Yet we see that there is a high divorce rate, high suicide rate, substance abuse and addiction, and several other problems among these very same people. Clearly these worldly conditions are not the actual cause of happiness. Instead, if we gain control over our mind and make it habitually wholesome and positive, then we shall definitely enjoy a happy life. Learn important advice on how to do this!
