Event Details

Alliances Canada and Jubilee Hospitality Association Canada are proud to present, Time to Grow (TTG) , a leadership and knowledge sharing conference that will stimulate how we think about different aspects of our lives. This event will aim to harness the collective wisdom and experiences from the business and change leaders. While appealing to attendees’ personal and professional leadership styles, this event is designed to share perspectives that will help them become better at what they do every day. Partly inspirational, partly aspirational and definitely emotional, the event will change the way people look at things.

The theme for this year’s conference is “Impact Your World” …How do we impact ourselves, the people around us, or the people beyond us?. We will hear powerful stories and experiences of physical, mental and emotional fortitude that will stimulate and galvanize Toronto’s entrepreneurs and professionals into action. Mahatma Gandhi reminded us to “Be the change you wish to see in the world.” The speakers will push us to think differently helping us to be the best versions of ourselves and make an impact in the process. A single idea, a single thought is all we need to transform our thinking.

Our speakers will share with us their stories of grit and persistence. What did they do to push their limits? How did they do it and what was the impact? In all of their experiences, you will see a single thread weaving their stories together; Challenge Yourself, Change Your World. While each speaker will highlight a different focus including technology, perseverance, leadership, entrepreneurship, and courage, the foundational premise amongst each is their total and complete belief that every one of us has the power to change our world.
