Get your body stong and lean for the summer! Join me for a 70 minute workout full of all my favourite leg, glute & ab exercises designed to sculpt, tone & tighten. We will be focusing on a combination of staple body-weight exercises and isolation/accesory work using high reps and lots of resistance bands. The workout is designed to tone and sculpt, burn a high amount of calories in a short amount of time, and deliver results quickly!
