Refreshments served following the discussion.

This year's panel discussion topic is mental illness & the criminal justice system. By the end of the discussion we hope that family members will have a better understanding about the criminal justice system as it relates to mental illness, the correlation between mental illness and the criminal justice system, what resources are available to individuals and family members, and how to best work with and use the criminal justice system. The most successful encounters between people living with mental illness and the criminal justice system are ones that benefit everyone involved.
