About this Event

This is the first of a series of public screening and discussion events in which we celebrate the resilience of and collaboration among diverse peoples and communities in the Downtown Eastside (DTES) of Vancouver and beyond, and stand together when we fight to remember, redress, forgive, and reconcile. Celebration and reconciliation with the host, the Indigenous peoples of this land, is the backbone of all events in this series.

on the occupied and unceded traditional territories of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), and səl̓il̓wətaʔł (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations
