About this event

Join us for an evening to remember in support of Together Project and our efforts to create more welcoming communities. Keynote speaker, JAMES MADHEIR of the Rainmaker Enterprise, will speak about his journey to Canada from South Sudan and how global perspectives can help us build stronger, more integrated communities in Toronto. Enjoy musical guest appearances by JIM CREEGGAN and KEVIN HEARN of Barenaked Ladies, JULIE NEFF, MIKE EVIN, TAMAR ILANA, WALEED, and TAREK GHRIRI & NOUR KDN, a Syrian Flamenco Band. Volunteers and newcomers from our Welcome Group Program will share their stories of working together to support newcomer integration. There will be incredible food prepared straight from the heart. Please be prepared to share some love - tickets are $250. A tax receipt will be issued for $200.
