Join us for a morning of boxing technique, yoga, laughter, and sweat to raise funds for the opening of Alpha House Calgary's new women's shelter. With a beautiful rooftop view of downtown and amazing beats by a local DJ, you can't go wrong. Roger from Rogelio Boxing will start the morning with 45 minutes of boxing technique (no, you don't get to hit other people). Adriana from Junction 9 will finish the morning off with 45 minutes of yoga. Lastly, please enjoy refreshments and non-alcoholic (or, if you choose, alcoholic) beverages to follow.
