Digital Tech for Entrepreneurs
Most budding entrepreneurs are too much organic human, meaning that they are unaware of, or fail to augment their skills by taking advantage of the latest digital technologies available. These technologies can supercharge the venture start-up process to the extent that the tech-savvy entrepreneur can sometimes seem superhuman compared to the overly organic entrepreneur, even when applied in a low-tech business context.
Broadly, we refer to this kind of technology as “Entrepreneurship Technology” and explore how some previously daunting aspects of entrepreneurship have been made easier because of it. We review some powerful examples of digital entrepreneurship technologies like marketplace creators, form builders, and automation tools, and walk participants through hands-on exercises to get started with some of them (so bring a laptop or a friend who has one!)
