By registering for this event, you understand & agree to the following: The event may be photographed and recorded at the discretion of the event team. Images and videos of the event may be used in coverage of the event and promotion of future events. The event organizer and related partners, staff and speakers are released from all liability from any expense related to damage, loss, personal injury or theft of any personal items that may occur at our event.

Cancellation and refund policy

Registration transfers and cancellations can be made for individual registrations up until February 16, 2023. There is a processing fee of $45 that will be deducted from any refund requests the event manager receives after February 1st. It is recommended that you transfer registration to a friend, family member, customer or colleague if for any reason you are not able to join us for the event.
