Toronto Certified Change Agent Program

This is your opportunity to understand what it means to be a change agent. How do you become a successful leader and advocate for a change impacting your area of responsibility. How do you balance this role with the day job?
This workshop gives you the tools, techniques and know-how to be a successful agent for change. It will include a mixture of practical exercises, real life discussions and opportunities to personalise the learning experience to suit your own needs. This workshop will be particularly beneficial for those who have recently been asked to undertake a change agent role as part of their normal duties or need to develop a culture of change readiness within their organization.You will learn:
- The challenge of change, how it affects people and how they react;
- Why change happens and what that means for change agents;
- Consider what is your personal role as a change agent;
- Provide tools, techniques and real life cases to prepare you to be a successful leader, advocate and agent of change.
Day 3 will end with the CCA examination..
Breakfast, lunch and all day refreshments are included. Confirmation and reminders will be sent to the registered email,(if booking on behalf of another, you take responsibility to share any communications with the attendee).

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Please bring one piece of photo identification with you.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The venue is best accessed via transit, King Subway station is a 3 minute walk away and Toronto Union Station is a 10 minute walk away. There are numerous parking lots in the area, but pricing is reflective of a downtown metropolitan venue in a major city.
What if I need accommodation in Toronto?
There are a number of quality hotels within the downtown Toronto Core. We can help arrange accommodation to meet your personal and budgetary needs.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
There are no restrictions on what you may bring. Please note that workbooks and supporting documents will be available for each attendee.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, up to 14 days prior to the event, your registration can be transferred to another attendee for a one off $25 adminstration fee.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, but do bring photo identification.
How do I notify you of any dietary or accessibility needs?
If you have any dietary or accomodation needs, please email email@example.com when you book your place.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds will be made up to 14 days prior to the event. Any request made more than 45 days prior to the event will get a full refund (less $25 admin fee), after that, only 50% of the value will be refunded. No refunds will be made within 14 days. Transfer of attendee can be made at any time for an admin fee of $25 up to 14 days before the event. Late transfers will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
No. Details must match. If a transfer of attendee needs to be processed please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
