Your Teacher

David Taller is a dedicated yoga and meditation instructor, artist, studying counselling psychology, and founder of the Toronto Island Yoga Centre. He has been practising yoga for 10 years and teaching Vinyasa and Hatha classes with devotion and compassion for 7 years. Recently he has begun to incorporate elements of Qi Gong and the Chakra system into his practice. His students appreciate clear guidance through all poses, and concise instruction through the philosophy of Yoga served with a bit of refreshing humour.
