Deborah Rosati is an accomplished corporate director, entrepreneur, Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA) and certified Corporate Director (ICD.D) with more than 30 years of experience in technology, consumer, retail, cannabis, private equity and venture capital. An experienced Audit Committee and Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee chair, Deborah provides extensive knowledge as a Corporate Director in the areas of financial and enterprise risk management, corporate strategy, transformational changes, M&A, corporate governance and CEO and board succession planning. 

Deborah currently leads and serves as a Corporate Director for Lift & Co.(TSX-V: LIFT) as Vice Chair and Chair of the Audit Committee. Deborah recently served on the board of MedReleaf (TSX:LEAF) as the Chair of the Audit Committee (-acquired by AuroraCannabis (TSX: ACB)- July 2018, as well as she, chaired the Audit Committee, for NexJ Systems (TSX: NXJ) and was on the board of Sears Canada (TSX: SCC).

She is the Founder & CEO of Women Get On Board, a leading member-based company that connects, promotes and empowers women to corporate boards. Deborah has been selected as a Diversity 50 2014 candidate and was recognized in 2012 as one of WXN’s Top 100 Canada’s Most Powerful Women in the corporate director award category.

Kelly McDougald

Kelly McDouglandKelly McDougald is an accomplished corporate executive, corporate director (ICD.D), business advisor and leadership coach. Her expertise is a culmination of experience in large corporate environments, government, entrepreneurial organizations and at the boardroom table. Today she leverages this experience to drive business growth and leadership development through working with high growth organizations and leaders.

Kelly's broad functional knowledge was garnered through 20+ years in the Telecom sector at Nortel Networks and Bell Canada leading diverse organizations including Corporate Strategy, Marketing, R&D, and Business Development. She also served as the President of a Canadian Nortel subsidiary, TTS Meridian Systems.

Following her career in the telecom sector, Kelly assumed the position of CEO of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG).   Kelly then moved to a more entrepreneurial adventure leading the national Career Solutions Practice at Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions. Currently, she continues to work with entrepreneurs serving as an Executive Advisor for the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) advising CEOs of high growth firms and providing coaching and advisory services privately to CEOs and business founders.

Kelly has served as a Board Director, Committee member and/or Board Chair across numerous organizations including Allstate Canada, The Interprovincial Lottery Corporation, Career Star Group, the Toronto Board of Trade and Career Edge Organization. Currently, she serves on the Advisory Board of Optimum Talent and Chair of the Board of The Clifton Foundation.

A graduate of the Director’s Education Program at the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D), Kelly has also attended the Stanford University Directors program. She is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and senior leadership development programs at Harvard and The Rotman School of Business
