Speakers:

Kurt Reiman, Managing Director, is BlackRock's Chief Investment Strategist for Canada and is a member of the BlackRock Investment Institute (BII). He is responsible for creating value-added Canadian financial market and investment insights and communicating them, alongside our global views, to clients as well as to investors and client-facing professionals throughout Canada. Kurt appears regularly in Canadian financial news media, including BNN, Bloomberg, the Financial Post and the Globe and Mail.

Manny Campione, CHRL, CHRP, joined Normandin Beaudry as the Principal and Market Leader in its Toronto office in 2018. Manny’s industry and consulting experience in Human Resources, Rewards and Engagement, along with his passion for working with clients, ensures that Business and HR leaders leverage relevant solutions to affect organizations’ business objectives. He is a trusted advisor, coach and thought leader in the Canadian HR community.

Diane White joined Normandin Beaudry as a Principal in its Toronto office in the Compensation practice. Diane is a passionate and business-oriented consultant ensuring total reward strategies are based on strong governance, external market competitiveness, and internal business drivers. She has a proven track record of partnering with business leaders to help drive organizational change.

Marianne Assaf joined Normandin Beaudry as a principal in 2018 after spending more than 15 years with another consulting firm. Throughout her career, she has been working alongside many major organizations based in Ontario and Quebec, managing their defined benefits and defined contributions pension plans.

Jean-Philippe Bernard is a Consultant in our Group Benefits team. He is one of our prescription drugs specialists helping clients to manage this risk as well as their group benefits plan in general.
JP is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and Institute of Actuaries, he joined Normandin Beaudry in 2014 and has been working in the actuarial consulting field for almost 10 years.

Matt Pavelich recently joined Normandin Beaudry as a Principal in its Toronto office. He has more than 20 years of experience in total rewards consulting and specializes in workforce communication and change management and worked with employers of all sizes and across the private, para-public and public sectors. By supporting organizations with change, communication and employee experience strategies, Matt helps organizations achieve business and HR objectives. He translates complexity into user-friendly communication that drives understanding, alignment, engagement and action.
