Welcome to the World of TRADES!

This year's TRADES Expo is excited to offer an even larger collection of trades representation under one roof, with more hands-on exhibits and real tradespeople than ever before!

The TRADES Expo is aimed directly at new and future tradespeople. All the Trades are in crisis! 50% of exisiting trades are retiring in the next 7 years. That means a TONNE of opportunities for new talent to enter the trades, and begin well-paid and rewarding careers.

From carpentry to concrete, from highly specialized to classic trades, they all need talent. Do you think you have what it takes to make it in the trades? Then join us - we are looking for you! There are employers looking to train someone with a good attitude and some aptitude for the trade, and we have many exciting training opportunities to explore.

Explore interactive exhibits, talk to the trades, handle the tools, interact directly with employers looking for talent, and learn about training opportunities. Explore, experience, learn, and connect!

EVENT TICKETS

Admission is FREE for General Public, Students and Teachers/Guardians bringing students to the event. Please order 1 ticket for each student attending. Teachers/Guardians escorting students do not need a ticket.

TRADE CHALLENGES

The 9:30am-1:00pm timeslot on both days are the TRADES CHALLENGE time slots. If your students are participating in the challenges, please register the required number of tickets for all your students (including Trades Challenge students) in this timeslot. Please go to www.trades-expo.ca to register for the Trade Challenges.
