Event description

Description

Join Councillor Margaret Sault of the Mississaugas of the New Credit First Nation on an insightful journey through time and history. Councillor Sault will discuss the experiences of the New Credit First Nation as they dealt with white settlers and engaged in treaty making with England. We’ll find out what treaty UCM land falls under, and how we can build better relations with our first nation neighbours.

This is part of our Truth & Reconciliation focus year. We are pleased to be hosting this important workshop about the land we now care for.

All are welcome. Please invite interested friends and neighbours.
