Event description
This is the first of two workshops on human-centered design – this part focuses on ideation, prototyping and testing.

About this Event

Led by Meghan Hellstern, this session is intended for public servants at all levels who are interested in diving deeper into a critical set of practices under the human-centered design and design thinking umbrella: ideation, prototyping and testing.

This course is built for participants with some basic knowledge of human-centered design as it will expose participants to more advanced practices that can help reduce risk, increase stakeholder engagement and enable more responsive, effective delivery across teams and organizations.

Participants will walk away with a clearer understanding of the tools and techniques involved in ideation, prototyping and testing, as well as having had an opportunity to practice some of the most common tools and techniques through hands-on exercises.

Note: When registering, please select the team/division you belong to or were invited by.

This Training will be taking place over Zoom – the meeting info will be sent via email prior to the event. Please note that this session may be recorded.

If you have any questions, please contact jason@codefor.ca.
