Four Sessions – 1.5 hrs. /week
Session 1. – What is mindfulness? Attention and Focus Training
This session outlines basic mindfulness concepts and teaches the importance of being in the present moment. This essential exercise will help participants learn how to sustain focus and concentration to improve performance, whether it be in career, parenting or sports
Session 2. - Mindfulness in Action
This session introduces the practical applications and everyday uses of mindfulness meditation with simple and effective ways to incorporate mindfulness into everyday life, helping reduce worry and stress,
Session 3. – Emotional intelligence and Self-Regulation
This session introduces the fundamental concepts of emotional intelligence and how it can be achieved through mindfulness. These key concepts will help with communication and self-expression, essential skills to improving relationships.
Session 4. – Empathy and Cultivation Gratitude
This session focuses on how mindfulness can help redirect energy away from negative states, and increase your happiness, optimism and inner peace.
