Join Yoga Teacher/ Creatrix, Stephanie Kittell (Steph K Yoga) & Holistic Practitioner/ Intuitive Healer, Filippo Conte (Olistika) as we dig into our Transformation Toolkit to offer you a holistic suite of wellness practices that will empower your vibrance through the changing season.

Fall is a time to return to our roots. To reflect and give thanks. To replenish our reserves and fortify our body-mind-spirits for the darker days ahead. This season offers us the freedom to enter into the shadows, to journey inwards, and fall courageously into the unknown. Let’s get grounded together, and embrace Fall Freedom with greater presence, purpose, and wellbeing! Because when you thrive - we all thrive!

There is freedom in the form. In this 3 hr workshop we’ll fall into an integrated practice of gentle grounding yoga, earthy mindful movement, self-healing reiki & meditation, with a splash of aromatherapy to bring your body-mind-heart into balance, and awaken your deepest potential for the months to come.

You’ll leave empowered with greater awareness and a helpful toolkit of tips, tricks, and take-home goodies to continue the transformation!

WHAT’S WHAT? LET’S BREAK IT DOWN:


  • Yoga & Mindful Movement: Drawing from the Hatha yoga tradition and a diversity of mindful movement modalities we’ll awaken and empower your inner strength, receptivity and resilience. No experience necessary. All bodies are welcome.

  • Meditation: Through guided body-mind awareness, breath exploration, and visualization practices, cultivating a deeper intimacy with all layers of your being.

  • Self-Healing Reiki: A natural hands-on energy healing technique that deeply but gently balances you mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually by releasing blockages and replenishing your depleted energy.

  • Aromatherapy: The intelligent & intuitive use of plant-based essential oils to improve or maintain health and wellbeing.

  • Comfortable clothes to move in

  • Your favourite yoga mat if you have one (mats & props available for use)
