February is Psychology Month! Join the BCPA for free virtual talks on mental health, presented by the experts in their field.

About this event

In this talk, Dr. Anna Khaylis, R. Psych. will explore the impact of trauma and significant stress on brain development, and how this impacts our life, relationships, and well-being throughout our lifespan. She will discuss common reactions to trauma at different times in our life as well as other factors that influence our response. Finally, she will cover resilience and growth.
