Join Hope Warga as she shares her story and how she continues to maintain her recovery following her MVA and TBI in 2007. Hope wishes to help shine a guiding light for other survivors so that you can all continue persevering through the rest of your lives.

- A few common traumatic impacts
- Common reactions following injury and trauma followed with her hopeful advice
- The importance of having a positive mindset and why

About Hope:
My name is Hope and I’m both an MVA and TBI survivor since 2007. I work on maintaining my recovery with both; RSW services whom assist me with my living responsibilities as well as physical therapy maintenance by completing learned; stretches, exercises, gym workouts and Massage therapy treatments. I’m a strong, resilient, insightful and very inspiring person. I’d really like to help shine a guiding light for other survivors so that we can all continue persevering through the rest of our lives.
