Trenton Wesleyan Service - Sunday, October 18, 2020 at 10:00 AM**

**Service start time has changed from 9:00 am to 10:00 AM.**

Summary of Event:

We look forward to welcoming you back to church! Due to HPEC Public Health rules, we have had to make changes to our regular Sunday worship at Trenton Wesleyan. We request that you register for our service. Please register everyone in your household, including children, who will be attending the service and note that your immediate family may sit together.

Before Arriving at Trenton Wesleyan:

We encourage everyone to perform a self-assessment using the following link.

Bring a copy of your registered ticket (print out, or on a device) to show the ushers;

Print off the worship song sheet found on the church website – song sheets will not be available at church;

Bring your chair and umbrella (for sunshade or light rain);

Please note that every reasonable precaution has been and will continue to be implemented to protect the health and safety of our volunteers, staff and all of our congregation;

Should you not be able to attend our service, we will continue to offer the messages online at trentonwesleyan.org.

Upon arrival at church for outdoor service:

Please follow the directional flow into the parking lot where ushers will indicate designated parking for each family. Be sure to leave one space between each vehicle when parking your car.

Upon exiting your vehicle head to the back (southwest) of the church where ushers will ask to see your registration ticket;

Each family may sit in their chairs in one of the designated spaces marked by the pylons;

Please remain in your designated space at all times;

An offering box will be available after the service. If you choose to place an envelope in the box, please maintain a 2 metre distance away from others.

In the event of rain, we will hold our service in the sanctuary:

Please bring a mask as you are required to wear one at all times while inside the church;

Please maintain physical distancing at all times, staying 2 metres (6 feet) away from others;

Please enter through the west entrance door at the back of the church;

Review the self-assessment sign and general guidelines before entering the church building;

Show your registration ticket to the usher at the entrance door;

Sanitize your hands upon entry;

Follow pathways to maintain physical distancing;

Ushers will seat you in the sanctuary from front to back;

Arrive early enough to allow for registration and seating;

After the service please remain in your seat until you are directed by an usher to exit the sanctuary.

Note:

Masks are required to be worn while in the sanctuary, throughout the entire service;

Please refrain from any gathering or socialization while at church;

Other parts of the church facility are not open for use at this time;

Children’s ministry and nursery will remain closed at this time.
