About this event
Join Alice every Monday morning to begin the week with a grounding hatha yoga practice.
Hatha yoga focuses on alignment and breath while entering, holding and leaving each asana (yoga pose). Some asana will be soothing and some will be challenging. Each class will include an intention rooted in yoga philosophy, as well as pranayama (breathwork) and a short meditation.
** This class is FREE and open to the public (i.e., you do not need a studio pass to register). All donation will go toward RVN's Young Ravens Scholarship Fund.
