Kundalini Yoga is all about breathwork, sound, vibration, body movements and meditation. Mantra is a big part of the practice of Kundalini Yoga, and Annette will share with your the knowledge she has behind the mantras.
Practice typically takes place on a mat, however chairs are available to accomodate those who may feel more comfortable in that position!
Annette holds a safe environment for all to participate in and learn and grow though the practice of Kundalini Yoga!
No experience needed, open to all levels!
