Trilogy Workshop carefully designed. Laying the foundation with breath work, we then work on expanding that into finding our authentic voice. These two build towards expressing and experiencing our divine potential through the power of Mantra. This is an interactive and experiential workshop. Come in open and ready to expand your level of awareness.

Jas Sethi is a Wellness Coach of body/mind/spirit, Yoga and meditation Teacher of various modalities, Stress and pain management Consultant and Therapeutic Touch Practitioner.
Jas inspires and empowers people to live their best lives. She adds value to the entire experience by incorporating mindfulness, meditation and energetic healing into her practice with a gentle approach. Lessons from her roots of eastern philosophy with balance of western lifestyle has brought depth in her own personal life.

Jas has first hand experience with chronic pain, limitations, self-love, and finding one’s voice. Extremely passionate about the relationship of body/mind/spirit, Jas has a strong message to share and a commitment to help others
