Join us every Tuesday at 2pm for a selection of thoughtful, engaging, and entertaining documentaries.

All are welcome, drop-in. No registration required.

Although non-alcoholic beverages are permitted, food is allowed only on the main floor of the library.

UPCOMING DOCS

October 22 – Atlantic Salmon: Lost at Sea. This documentary takes the viewer on an epic journey through the oceanic kingdom of the Atlantic Salmon in an attempt to unravel the mystery of why as a species they are dying at sea. (2018, 55 min.)

October 29 – Real Boy. This documentary is about the coming of age story of a transgender teen ona journey to find his voice--as a musician, a son, a friend, and a man. (2016, 73 min.)

November 5 - Anita. In 1991, Anita Hill endures attacks on her own character and credibility after she accuses Supreme Court nominee Clarence Thomas of lewd conduct. (2013, 95 min.)

November 12 - The War Around Us. This documentary tells the absorbing true story of the only two international journalists on the ground in Gaza during Israel's bombardment and invasion of the troubled Palestinian territory over a three-week period in 2008-9. (2012, 75 min.)
