For as many coaches as there are out there, there are coaching models. And in our Chapter, we have a huge variety. This diversification is an asset. In fact, this many models approach leads people to find the best possible fit for their coaching practice or for their organization.
What is a coaching model?
A coaching model is a framework. It is the underlying structure that coaches use when they are coaching someone. It's like having a high level strategy that allows you to "see the battlefield," therefore increasing your ability to respond adequately to whatever coaching situation you're in. Like a reliable map or favourite set of tools in a tool box, a coaching model helps you guide the coachee through a logical sequence and provide a framework for the coaching session.
In this workshop you will have the opportunity to learn about different coaching models, add a tool to your box, as no one model will fit all scenarios
