Workshop Description

More important than a feasibility study is to prove you have an amazing and viable business model and a viable business idea. In our workshop we present tools and tests to help you find the best model for your business; identify areas to be tested, design tests, and measure results. Using the world renowned strategyzer tools. Wafaa has attended Boston workshop with Alexander Osterwalder and loves his work on the business model canvas (BMC) methods and tools. She would like to spread the word and share her knowledge. Wafaa brings her experience with SMEs and her own methodology with startups and established businesses. These tools are proven to be very practical and useful to start a business in any competitive environment or to reinvent business. Wafaa is passionate about those tools and likes to share them.


About Wafaa El-Osta's

Wafaa El-Osta’s worked more than 13 years with Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, within her work on Sustainable Tourism Development. Recently developed and implemented a training program for small enterprises in Toronto. She uses lean business model development as the basis for training and business advising to allow the development of business ideas into sustainable and resilient business plan. She advises individual entrepreneurs on ideation, identifying and assessing individual needs, business plan gaps, connections needs and time line creation to advance business plans. An expert in designing supply chain strategies for corporations and creating not for profit initiatives towards connecting small enterprises to the industry supply chain.
