Description

The Turning Pages Program is a new and innovative 6 week community-based mental health program offered by Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba in partnership with the University of Manitoba. This program is geared towards individuals 50-70 years of age who are struggling with sadness, anxiety, or later-life transitions. Our goal is to improve mental health symptoms by providing education, skill building, peer support and community connections.

The Turning Pages Program offers a modified CBT program which has been adapted to the needs of 50 to 70 year olds, peer support and meaningful connections to community resources.

The next 6-week session begins Tuesday, October 2nd at 2-4PM at the Mood Disorders Association office (4 Fort St.)

6 Week Session Dates Include:

  • October 2nd
  • October 9th
  • October 16th
  • October 23rd
  • October 30th
  • November 6th

This program is $40, and registration is required in order to attend. *(Fee may be waived depending on need)
