Brewmaster kits include 4 courses paired with 4 x 355 or 473ml beers and will be available for pick up on Friday, December 18th from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. See menu below.

First course:

• Caribbean Ceviche - Mahi Mahi, pineapple, mango, cilantro, plantain chips
• Godspeed Nana Saison - Japanese Shichimi Spices

Second course:

• Pork Griot with Pikliz & Arroz Con Maíz - Citrus braised pork, pickled julienne vegetables, rice with corn
• Dominion City Bumbleberry Gose

Third course:

• Joumou et Pain de Maïs - Haitian beef & squash stew, rigatoni, turnip, cabbage, cornbread
• Stray Dog Wild World IPA

Dessert:

• Coconut Rum Cake - Pineapple rum glaze, toasted coconut
• Fairweather Long Shadow Tropical Stout
