Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations received in writing up to two weeks before workshop date will be issued a full refund less an administration fee. Cancellations received in writing less than two weeks prior to the workshop date will receive a credit voucher to be applied to another Envision Group workshop within one calendar year. Non-attendance ("no-show") counts as cancellation on the day and will not receive a registration fee refund.

Envision Group reserves the right to cancel workshop due to insufficient registration. Delegate substitution is permitted for both registration and credit vouchers.
